According to a putative class action filed in Pennsylvania federal court, the bank of America, N.A has been suing consumers who owe them on credit card debt improperly even after selling that debt and allegedly relinquishing its ownership interest.( Law360, New York (March 16, 2016, 6:26 PM EDT)<\/p>\n

\u201cThe bank won a judgment against me for unpaid debt last month\u201d, says G. Veronica Willard (a debtor who is called by BoA).
